Schedule a Physical This Summer

Summer is a great time to schedule school physicals! Often times when school is starting back it can be harder to schedule the appointment that will fit your schedule. Children entering kindergarten or sixth grade will need a physical and possible immunizations before school starts. Children entering Kindergarten will need an eye exam by an opthamologist.

We hope our new hours will help your child miss less school and allow parents to miss less work. Please use this time to schedule check ups for your child before the new school year!

 

New Hours* 

7:30am -   6:30pm  Monday-Thursday

7:30am -   6:00pm  Friday

9:00am - 12:00pm  Saturday

* Walk-in's only from 7:30am-9:00am Monday-Friday starting in Septermber

*Times subject to change due to physician's schedules
