As many of you may already know we have recently changed our billing service, so some things may look different for you. Your statements will have the company name of Healthcare Strategic Initiatives and their customer service number is (877) 342-0694. Pediatrics of Florence’s name will also appear on the statement. 

As with any big change, there is always a transition period (for us as well as you) and a time to correct problems with that new system. We are correctiong the problems as we find them.
